Hey Cori!
Do you ever make these things ahead and freeze them? I am always amazed with your menus because I wonder if I could do all of it every night? What do you think?
:-)

Help! I only have Monday and Tuesday planned. I came here for inspiration and I'm stuck with week-old food. I don't want leftovers! :)
Hey, Cori!
I am totally enjoying your blog, now that summer is here and I have time to do something besides lesson plans and assessment preparation. Love your stories. Your menus are awesome!
I am learning that going to the internet to find menus/food ideas is way more time consuming than my attention span can withstand. I need your help.
I am weight watching. Taco Soup with cheddar cheese and Fritos...Go-To Mac 'n' Cheese...Chicken Piccata with Pasta and Mushrooms...not to mention the whole ice-cream man thing...it just isn't matching with the one-square-inch-of-chicken-breast-cooked-without-salt-and-served-with-a-raw-broccoli-leaf. Any suggestions?
I need you to add a "Dear Cori" page to your blog! :-)
Love, Lucky
